4.0Scenic road over the mountains down to Mossel Bay. Lots of fast sweepers. A few tight corners.

4.5I did this ride while circumnavigating South Africa. Hardly any traffic, the Anenous pass makes things interesting, while the wide open sections are ideal for checking top speed. I saw 263 km/h on my Garmin. Some restaurants in Port Nolloth. Take a jersey, the temperature drops quite drastically as one approaches the ocean.
Cradle of Human Kind - Magalies

4.0A nice drive through the cradle of human kind. Some nice long(ish) corners, the road is wide and open with no potholes etc. A nice short ride to Magalies.
M65 / M4 : Simons Town - Cape Point ( Lands End )

4.3The scenery is tops, the asphalt is super and the roads are winding and hilly.
The weather was brilliant when I was there end November 2004 (blue skies and ~ 25 degrees...!).
Recommendation: Rent a large trailie so that you can go down one of the many gravel or dirt roads to the beaches if you like.
Pecs - Orfü

4.3A very winding road from the beautiful Pecs to the lakes in Orfü. One curve follows the next. The road crosses a hill but it is not too steep.
