Spectacular road on the cost with awesome scenery. Only problem is traffic that in the narrow corners is really annoying.
The coast road from Paestum to Salerno isn that interestng but after looking at the Greek Temples for a few hours its good to prepare yourself for the rigours of the Amalfi Coast Road. Avoid weekends, the road is full of local nutters in cars and bikes (scooters as well) cutting all the bends and head on at all times to oncoming traffic. Weekdays its better... more tarmac visible and easier to get the pace up. Whether the map will show the route accurately is another thing as I was unable to upload a GPX file and there seems no ways to enter mid-route gps locations...
