Bear Camp Road along Rogue River from Gold Beach, OR

Thinking about riding from Gold Beach, OR to Grants Pass, Or via Bear Camp Road but have read portions of it are gravel. I will be loaded two up with a BMW K1200 so wanted to see if anyone had ridden it recently and, if so, how much of it is unpaved? Thanks
